Mario Garcia, service advisor, was pleasant and immensely helpful! He took ownership of our our Q7 issue immediately and kept the communication going the entire time that Audi worked on resolving our problem. It was a frustrating issue where reached out to the warranty company on our behalf to try to cover repair. It was around the holidays so the timing was awful and of course lots of delays, BUT he did everything he could to keep the ball rolling and kept us updated the entire time. He went above and beyond to get our issue resolved in the best way possible, and I can’t tell you how pleased we are with the service he provided and with Audi Carlsbad overall. You are lucky to have someone like Mario representing your organization!!!!
