This store has the best selection of cosmetics and skin care in the area , it is also one of the most organized and the cleanest . Too bad the older red headed clerk is super rude and condescending when asked for assistance , I understand that they are short staffed but I asked nicely and was patient so the energy she gave me was not necessary .

Everyone in the front of store and pharmacy work very hard with the limited resources they have from what I can tell. This has got to be one of the busiest CVS pharmacies I’ve ever visited and being basically across the street from a senior living community, I can only imagine how jammed up their logs are. In filling my prescriptions and shopping for groceries I typically get treated with kindness and respect so I reciprocate the gestures. You never know what people are going through. That goes for the customers and the employees.

Wow in reading the reviews I must agree this pharmacy / pharmacist is a joke. They called the cops on me because I refused to leave the drive in window after 4 visits to try and pick up a prescription in which they failed to have ready. Instead of filling my Rx Sonya and Jowana wanted to argue with me. When I suggested they just fill my Rx so I could get it and leave. This is by far the worst pharmacy / pharmacist ever ... I like other's who have reviewed this pharmacy work in the healthcare industry and deal with 100's / 1000,'s of people in which this story will be shared with along with other reviews on here. This is a very close net community and people deserve to know what they are supporting with their purchases. Working in healthcare instead of providing care to people they insisted I had ANOTHER HOUR to wait on my Rx because of their multiple mistakes. As for the Lancaster Cop who showed up lol bless you I am so thankful I don't need you to protect me and my family ... Barney put that bullet back in your pocket. I am not finished with this I will go as far as I can with the SC board of pharmacy .... CVS PHARMACY CORPORATE AND YES I AM FILING A HARASSMENT WITH LANCASTER COUNTY Sheriff's DEPT AGAINST BARNEY. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY THEY NEED TO SHUT THEIR DOORS. WHEN YOU MESS UP YOU ADMIT IT FIX IT AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

This continues to be the absolutely WORST CVS I have ever had to deal with. In the 6 years that I have gone there, they have NEVER gotten a prescription correct or anything else that needs to be done. I absolutely hate that my company's benefits plan is with CVS Caremark otherwise, I would NEVER go to this store - ever.
