Going through this whole process without stepping foot in the dealership went surprisingly smooth! My salesman, Felipe, was attentive, professional, and responsive. He answered every question I had (sent via text) quickly and put my mind at ease. This was definitely the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had.

There's nothing good to say. Ghosted by salesman for days. When trying to work out details. Complete lack of communication. Forced to buy a alarm system I still have not found a use for. Spent hours waiting for financing when I was told it should take less than 30 minutes. They had all my information and was pre approved weeks before. No one went through the vehicle with us. Wanted extra parts and had to look everything up myself. Then had to signed a paper saying the parts were correct because I had to look them up. Would have been nice to have help with that. Still don't have the parts so who knows if they are right. Pretty sure if I ordered them as a package it would have been cheaper. I would definitely recommend any other dealership.

Horrible service. I bought my truck here, and taking it in for service is a nightmare. I have tried to fix a broken mirror twice. The last time they still couldn't fix it and while I had it in place, they ripped it off and left broken. No side mirror. Next, the couldn't fix the bed topper that THEY INSTALLED. They kept my truck for 2 days, and just said no dice. Every time I called, I was put on hold or no answer, then when I got someone they were extremely rude. They made me feel bad for calling, like I was inconveniencing them. I will now not buy a Chevy truck knowing that this is how they are serviced. I plan to sell mine and go to Ford in case it ever needs service.

Tony the manager had my car and paperwork ready when I arrived! and Felipe, the salesman I was working with, made it easy to do business! The process was quick and I didn’t feel pressured at all! Sara your lucky I had them service my 2014 Cruz and they didn't bother to inform me my battery was bad. We took a road trip and got stranded for hours waiting for help. The funny thing is that when I took it in for service we asked why the sunroof wasn't working and they said they had no idea well guess what as soon as we got new battery it started working. So like I said you are lucky. I even sent a response to their survey about everything and they wouldn't even rely to that, sorry will never go back there again
