Sara your lucky I had them service my 2014 Cruz and they didn't bother to inform me my battery was bad. We took a road trip and got stranded for hours waiting for help. The funny thing is that when I took it in for service we asked why the sunroof wasn't working and they said they had no idea well guess what as soon as we got new battery it started working. So like I said you are lucky. I even sent a response to their survey about everything and they wouldn't even rely to that, sorry will never go back there again
