I ordered a beautiful top online, The Forever That girl floral bow-tie tank. What came in the mail was the pilcro noir cardigan, and so I started a return. The website then cancelled my return to exchange it because the item was no longer in stock. It is well within the exchange time limit. I thought that was fine, I’ll try to return and get a refund. Well, when your order is cancelled, you can’t start a new return on the same item. And the chat bot that they use as customer support will only lead you back to the option of tracking your order status… which is cancelled. In short, I will try sending it back using the QR code they sent before but everything has been a disappointment so far.
