Customer service team needs to be replaced and trained to understand basic communication skills. I repeatedly told them my exact address and made several calls just for them to type in the wrong address multiple times.

Worst experience ever. The dispatchers are incoherent and lack common sense. I made several phone calls to correct my location and each time they entered the wrong address. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait but ended up waiting over three hours all due to their repeated mistake. The driver nearly hit a big rig truck while I was being taken to my drop off location. And yet I was charged 285 dollars. Very dissatisfied and utterly offended by their customer service team.

My wife's car wasn't starting and had to be towed, AAA sent Grahams Towing service. The tow truck driver Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable and treated our 2009 Accord like it was a Porsche. Eric had our car parked perfectly in our drive way in no time. Thank you Grahams towing service, Eric did a awesome job !

Had a great experience from Graham's towing my technician Brandon was awesome arrived on time and had no issues towing my vehicle. Would definitely use Graham towing over using other major competitors that leave you sitting around waiting for them to show up.
