Purchased a King size mattress from this company and was charged $70 for delivery. The gentlemen delivered my mattress at the end of the business day. They stated that the box springs didn’t fit and in the process of bringing the mattress upstairs they broke a vintage picture frame. Instead of them figuring out why it didn’t fit they left the mattress and box spring in the middle of my bedroom floor and left my resident. My husband and friend was able to place the box springs and mattress without any issues. I emailed the manager and he stated that the driver would pay for my broken frame which is impossible because as I stated it was vintage. I asked for as least half of my delivery fee to be credit without a response. POOR SERVICE!!! I do not recommend doing service with this business.

I got a couch set over a year ago and my kids haven't tore it up...so I'm satisfied with my purchase.. also their rugs are good quality

Bedbugs mammy . I moved into a brand new apartment complex , meaning I was the first resident to occupy my unit . About two weeks after I got the furniture , I saw a bedbug on my wall not too far from my bed . I had to end up Paying out of pocket to rid my home of the infestation. Never-a-fawking-gin . It’s not worth it . Go to a reputable store and pay a little more . Furniture way less doesn’t even like to take accountability.
