The place is absolutely horrible, extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The hospital transferred a family member to the facility after being told they had an open bed. Now after being at COBB CSB for going on 24 hours, there is still not a room available and they are being left in the lobby still in paper scubs from the hospital, unable to shower and put on clean clothing, and having to sleep in a chair. This place is supposed to help with mental issues, instead they create more mental trauma for the patient. This is horrific and I do not recommend any one reach out to them for help.

Yes, the agency serves those who are uninsured and/or have insurance but who cannot afford their co-payment. If you are not in crisis, please feel free to walk in to the Cobb Outpatient Clinic at 1650 County Services Parkway, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. If you are in crisis, our Behavioral Health Crisis Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is located at 1758 County Services Parkway. Both locations can be reached on CobbLinc Route 15.
They have peer groups. You will need to receive an assessment first. You can do this at the Cobb Outpatient Services Center, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. that is located at 1650 County Services Parkway. They have a Behavioral Health Crisis Center that includes crisis assessment services, temporary observation, and a crisis stabilization unit. The address is 1758 County Services Pkwy, Marietta, GA 30008. Both locations can be reached by CobbLinc 15.
