In the past I had nothing but bad luck dealing with the state Highway Administration regarding some tree branches that needed to be cut. But I have to say the experience that I had this time was so much different. Everybody I spoke to was so helpful! The receptionist, the crew leader and the crew that cut the branches were all professional and polite and really went above and beyond which I am truly grateful for. The old crew that I delt with a few years back deserved an F-, management was rude, the crew was messy. But the new team gets an A+++. Thank you everyone who made this happen so quickly! State Highway Administration keep up the good work!
