I called these people eight times and no one has ever picked the phone up. I left messages for them to call me back and no one has call back , this has been going on for 2 weeks. What the h... Is going on with you people ?

If you feel that he’s qualified then you can hire him. However you must pull the permit or he must with your permission. He would not be able to pull a permit without the MHIC License.

If you want to be safe and make sure that your work is done right make sure that they have a Maryland home improvement commission license because if the repair is done incorrectly You're going to be stuck. The Maryland home improvement commission only awards money to claims in which people used a state issued contractor
