Fast internet? Sure. Reliable? No way. After going in to store multiple times as well as calling, the internet is still spotty and says no internet 30 plus times a day. We schedule someone to come out twice and both times were no shows/no call. Horrible service.

YES! Glad to hear I'm not the only one!! My internet service goes out when my tv service blacks out, which makes it impossible to even use Roku! Been with comcast for 10+ years at a stupid price per month...think I may try direct tv, couldn't be any worse!
I would call exfinity office in the Chico mall to set up an appointment or ask how to.
They had some they were showing. That's all I know since I was there about a bill.

It's $12 or $15 a month Ala cart. You can also upgrade to the premium package and then toulouse get HBO, STARZ, STARZ ENCORE AND (9 CHANNELS), CINEMAX, SHOWTIME AND THE MOVIE CHANNEL. PLUS LOTS OF OTHER CHANNELS.. I'm sure they'll have a promotion rate.

Yes you can 'port' your landline from ATT to Comcast. Please come see us in the Xfinity Store at the Chico Mall across from Men's Warehouse and we can help you get this accomplished.
