This is a nice quite community to live in. My only complaint is the power hungry management. The husband is the maintenance but he approaches you with an allege complaint then the next thing you know they have place a violation from the wife on the door. You have to be a truly God fearing prayerful Christian to live here. It feels as if we are in Tombstone and they are Wyatt Erp. Most of the tenant’s here now have a serious problem with anxiety. I have recently been threatened to not have my lease renewed because I was teaching my teenage daughter how to drive. Wow what a violation!

Applied and got a letter stating i was missing information. I filled out what they needed picked out that i had white out on the app. What else was i supposed to do with a name thats not even in my household? 60$ fee for what? Money wasted and they judge you just by walkin in the door. Claim they never got phone calls or messages. Dont bother goin here. I know im not

This is a great place to start a NEW CHAPTER or just downsizing. This apartment building took me in back in 2008. I have shared my concern about Some things on inside and outside of the apartments. While here it was at the start of summer and so much dangerous issues and also having issues anywhere you go about cars and items being stolen or broken into. Suggested to Owner that they look into fencing and security gates. I been doing alot when I was here to be apart of volunteering and to witness the neglect of THOSE WHO were disabled. Stood out to advocate others in my church. Helped others to reach a place a stay. I'm very satisfied that not only managers get fired here for neglecting to evict when the total cost was insufficient. I've won my cases here and I've won the help through Janet and The Owner.. I'm very happy we have had a great turnover since I was last there in 2011. Miss this place. It's a great place to start. Around great resources and churches. Thanks for letting me share.
