I have lived here a year almost and so far its great lorie is great really cares about her tenants and tends to them very well
Love the Beach
It’s a good place kinda funny the only bad reviews are people who got denied and don’t live here but Lorie was on leave for two months due to major family crises and yeah I’d say her not answering phone would be normal when she was on leave lol
mobile hippie
great place to live now, use to be terrible but lorie has done a great job making it good again the owners are terrible but the management on site is great

Lorie is the best property manager. She goes above and beyond to help us out when we need it!

There is an office. Usually units are offered through rental agencies, try looking in The Observer for rental properties and see if it is listed there.
These are privately owned condos. Each owner sets their own price. Looks like only 2 bedrooms available through reality agents. Average rental price is 1,000 monthly...
Yes
HOA is solvent. Dispute with developer settled. Contact HOA for info.
They very rarely have anyone at the office. Not entirely sure about what cell phone you're calling.
RJ, I’m an owner here who lives on property. I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Buyer beware.
Palm Pointe is a HOA run condominium complex for the most part. Some units are run by a corporation called CCF. I wouldn't rent from them. I lived there for 2 years. They don't like to fix stuff, and the management SUCKED when I lived there. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone solely based on the management.
Yes there is there's plenty of them but you just going to have to call and find out which one it is and if they meet your terms
y e s we live in one right now and they're beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious don't know what unit that you're looking at but they all different layouts
According to the HOA by laws no one is allowed more than two pets and no dogs over 35 lbs. There also breed exclusions. The property is also video sirvellied 24/7 and the HOA reviews the tapes for finable infractions which you will have zero access to evidence of and be forced into paying under threat of eviction, in the case of renters, if you don’t. Bottom line, make sure your dog is under 35 lbs and that you never accidentally do something crazy like throwing away garbage “improperly” You will be fined. $100 per infraction five days to pay.
