Palm Pointe is a HOA run condominium complex for the most part. Some units are run by a corporation called CCF. I wouldn't rent from them. I lived there for 2 years. They don't like to fix stuff, and the management SUCKED when I lived there. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone solely based on the management.

The first question you must answer is what is your budget range when you figure it out that the answer is always going to be yes in Flagler County now that goes all the way from St Augustine all the way to Palm Coast and I believe that might even incorporate parts of Ormond Beach you have to double-check but yes there are rentals available and you just have to be able to look it up and narrow down where you want to go and be how much you want to spend
