Dropped echo blower that needed service to hopefully run better. Was harassed the whole time to buy a new one instead of tuning up mine that’s still in fairly good condition. Waited like a month and was charged $92. Got home could not keep it running. Brought it back to rude counter staff and was told needed an adjustment. Brought home again now runs worse than it did before I initially brought it there with smoke pouring out of it after 2 minutes. Still has their gas in it. Cutting my loss and ordering a battery blower on Amazon or something. Annoying experience and poor customer service.
