This bridge is just barely scraping by with three stars. Any bridge that can move is awesome, but it's gotten stuck and ruined my commute twice which is two too many times for a bridge. The lanes are also extremely narrow, the shoulder is not well maintained, and there isn't enough room for pedestrians in two directions.
