When they delivered the TV they did not know it was white gloves Then they sent 2 employees at the end of the day to install the TV, they were reading the instructions, how to install the TV The TV was not installed properly and it just felt on the floor That is terrible , a 1 month old TV I paid $6k , not properly installed by Samsung White Gloves

The absolute worst company and customer service to deal with in the entire world! They don't care, don't do anything, don't give a bleep, lie, deceive and are a complete disgrace. Good luck if you ever need help with your product, you will be left in the dust. I have Samsung everything (appliances, TVs, cell phones, watches etc) and will not buy another Samsung product from here on out.

I have a 65 inch, 4K UHD tv that is a year old. The TV developed an absent pixel right in the middle of the screen. I have tried to work with customer service but received no satisfaction with them as to how to handle this situation. The other problem is that the TV is wall mounted which means that, because of my age and physical problems, I will have to get someone to take it off the wall and I am expecting to pay $500 to get someone to do this procedure.

This is a last ditch effort to get my phone back. I sent my phone in to be repaired. The repair was completed on Sept 30th. The tracking number states "check address". I called from Sept 30th to Oct 2nd, about 20x, to give my physical address for my phone to be returned. I was told for 4 days that it was already shipped and there was nothing they could do.  On Oct 2nd, the man I spoke with from the repair team, said my phone would be sent to me that day by Next Day Air and that it had not be shipped out. It now has been a whole week and my phone still has not been sent to me. I have spoken to over 40 Samsung employees this past week alone! Via chat, text, phone, twitter and facebook. No one can tell me where my phone is. I have been lied to left and right. For 4 days straight I was told that it would be mailed out that night and still nothing. They refuse to report it missing. Ive been told the last 4 days the shipping department would call me. Still no call. On chat, the rep had the audacity to tell me to call UPS in India about my phone! Why would my phone be in India? I live in Arizona and my phone was sent to Texas! On numerous occasions I have asked where my phone is and they actually asked if I was calling from it! How can I call from a phone I do not have! This is beyong ridiculous at this point. Do I need to call my phone in as stolen? Because at this point it is... they are refusing to send it back to me. I leave next week for major surgery and I will be gone for 6 weeks. I would like a replacement sent to me immediately. I have proof of all my calls, texts and etc. I keep getting told its been escalated and marked as priority but nothing has been done! At this point Im trying to find the address for your legal department so I can send in a demand letter because I have been more than patient with this.
