Your kidding me right.. this is spyware and want it removed..
I kinda figured that I had called them in the beginning of June didn't get any answers till the middle of July now I had to call them back for the same reason. The tech told me now there are 3 things to replace so they screwed up my 4th and I'm back to square 1
Dont waste ur time. They will go out of their way to not send you one. Still waiting on my microwave since July
