Samsung customer service is horrible it's been almost two months and they still have my defective device they said they are unabled to send me another device because it's unavailable so they asked me if I would like a refund i agreed still no refund still getting the run around excuses after excuses

Sent tablet in for aproved warranty repair, not only did i not get it back they give me run arround, then say they returned it to me repaired.
