You have to pay a toll at the Henry Hudson Bridge.

You have to follow some deep paths to find a tranquil tableau under the bridge in the Bronx side. Pretty amazing view from underneath. Don't stay too long or police will come looking for you, neighborhood has some busybodies, even though no signs for trespassing anywhere.

The pedestrian entrance is located on the bridge's lower level. The bridge's walkway connects from Inwood Park to Kappock Street.

Nope, if anything, it's uncommon.
There is a toll and you can use an easy pass or pay by mail. I actually walked across the bridge, I never drove across it.
