Rooms were nice. The only complaint I have is bathroom supplies need to be replaced daily and I was staying two days but I had to get my keys reactivated on the second day. So I had to make a extra trip to the front desk when I was ready to get to my room. The breakfast was very good and the attendant Swift was SUPPER. He kept everything filled and fresh. I really do not know how he was doing everything he was doing. Best Western plus needs to do whatever they can to keep him.

Is pleasantly surprised. Checking in to the whole hotel we were greeted by Pam she was super friendly. our room was very clean. The breakfast was included and delicious good coffee central location easy to get around.

The rooms were muggy and mildew was in the seals. The housekeepers made my team feel uncomfortable. They refused to clean our rooms..the whole stay. My manager had to go get clean linen. No one understood English. Or pretended they didn't. There was a lady named Pam. She was very nice. The others were very distance.

My room was INFESTED with ROACHES!!!!! I rented 2 room both had ROACHES. Nothing was done. I reported it twice!! No one came to remedy the situation. No one came to change the towels either. ridiculous! The only 3 good things this place had was the breakfast, the guy in charge of the breakfast which he was attentive and on point and the girl that was at the front desk with glasses on the evening shift she was nice.
