I went to your restaurant this evening and ordered from the 2 for 6 dollar menu I got the classic Roast Beef and the macaroni and cheese. The service was good. The macaroni and Cheese was old today’s date is 7/31/22 the note on the Macaroni and Cheese said to use by 7/29. I didn’t eat. This isn’t good Custmer Service!! The Arbys store is on Martin Luther King Dr in Greensboro Nc

Got there at 1045am. Called to see if they were open because no one answered at the drive thru. Someone answered and said they didn't open until 11am. So I waited. At 1102am I started saying hello. No one answered. About that time some pulled up to let me know they were closed. I said I called and they would be open at 11am. She said "No they won't, I'm the manager and I gotta go see if my cashier is here. It's gonna be a minute. I just left and went next door. I've read some of your replies to customers apologizing for the hours of operation. How hard would it be for the store to post some sort of notification? Or have an open closed sign like businesses use to do before technology? Haha this is silly.

The women here are so awesome. They are the best! They are hard working and display not only the best customer service but make you feel like family. I truly love them!
