Went by the drive-thru to place my order 15 minutes before closing and was told there was no soft serve when I got to the next window I asked why and the person at the window didnt know and had to go ask someone else and the response was that they were closing, which is understandable but if that was the case everyone should be on the same page. The young man that was handing us our food was a bit disrespectful,we asked him what time do they closed and his response was don't you have a clock in your car? Did you want to go back around? It was not a pleasant experience,especially because I didn't know the store schedule! The quality of customer service should not be thrown out the window because of closing. To avoid these disrespectful comments and avoid confrontation the employers should kindly let the customers know that certain items will no longer be served after a certain hour.

Bought a happy meal for my granddaughter. When we got home the chicken nuggets were dried up shriveled, and really disgusting. Do better.

Yesterday i had the worst drive thru experience the lady at the window was extremely rude i accidentally dropped my kids meal box and i apologized bc it was my fault and i told her it was fine she acted so upset and angry like she payed for the meal extremely rude i will never go here again every time i go it’s always something or. Issue do not go here if you want horrible customer service

EVERYTIME I ask for a quarter pounder plain no cheese they put cheese on it. And insay it at least 3 times when I order. So I always have to wait another 10 mins for them to remake my burger. Then they don't include fresh fries. Once at this location they messed up my order 2x.
