Took 20 min for a simple order. When questioned was told first that grilled chicken took a longer time. When questioned that order was 15 minutes longer than time stated, they admitted that they had given sandwich to another customer. To me this is unacceptable.

It would be best to contact them directly since they are actively hiring as of 4/26. A 15 year old can work with a work permit but 16 is usually the starting hiring age for most companies.
