First and foremost the ppl are not friendly at all.. just left there the girl threw the bag into our car . No words just threw it. We decided to let it slide. But then get home the chicken is raw.. so not only are the workers rude they're selling bad product. Wendy's needs to come thru and clean house before they either kill someone with giving them raw food or someone wrecks the place because workers wanna throw bags at ppl.. horrible service horrible food.

I went through the drive-through today and was treated very disrespectful by the young lady who handed me my food. I asked for extra crackers for my chili, she rolled her eyes and said you have some in the bag. Then she handed me my Frostie, I told her I ordered strawberry not chocolate.. she took it from me slammed it down on the counter and got me the correct one. I thanked her and she just looked at me. She does not need a job in customer service and hope management is aware of the horrible employee they have on their team.

Our burgers were cold and burned. The fries were warm, but not very fresh. Dining room was closed, drive through-only. Assuming that’s still covid related? Only taking cards - no cash - but we didn’t know that until we got to the window. Not the best Wendy’s experience we’ve had to say the least.

Food is always fresh when I go through drive thru. However, today I went in to door dash and the food was not ready and the manager for morning shift on 4/23/22 was cursing dropping F bombs. Someone had a large order and she complained in front of everyone about how large the order was. They had a new person that was barely speaking and did not know how to operate the register well in front line. I use to work at Wendy's and my first job was Fries and nuggets and then I worked my way around. I would never dash her again.

Each individual Wendy's has different hours, sometimes the Google Map information is incorrect the Elmsley location closes nightly at 12 midnight.
