The drive through was closed so being handicapped I had to go inside. Then placed my order inside along with my 8 year old grand daughter. It took about 10 minutes for order to get ready. There were only 2 employees visible one at register and one packing orders. My grand daughter gets the bag and we leave. We get home and our order was wrong my grand daughter loves the cinna-bons so I had ordered a dozen they had given me 2. I took the food back and the manager asked for a receipt which I did not get one but showed her my receipt from debit card so she told the cashier that is why you need to give a receipt. She then told another employee to give me ten more. No apologies or anything. Had bad attitude and was not customer friendly at all.

I ordered food online on the app for pickup at 1 am. The hours posted say they are open until 2 am. Drove to pickup my food on my lunch break only to find that there was no one there. Please update the hours so that way other people don't waste their time, or otherwise make sure that people are actually working the shift they're supposed to.

This was absolutely disgusting one of the worst times you’ve ever been to Taco Bell and we have received this and when we went back for the second time to go return them and get our money back the man knew what he did wrong and he didn’t even check the tacos but they did give us our money back and then after that they even have the audacity to ask him will take the tacos back down the way and will make new ones after that we would not like new tacos this is a very disgusting please please do not go there here are the photos of the tacos and we specifically ordered beef tacos

This is the Taco Bell on Summit Ave. In Greensboro. My order was messed up. When i called and spoke with the manager she argued with me that she made the order and she used three cheese when in fact it was nacho cheeses that was used. This is too strong for my young grandbabies. Also it was 3 beef with sour cream roll up short. I had to just get off the phone instead of continuing to argue with her.

You should give that particular restaurant a negative review. State the facts and hopefully the owner will fix the problem for the next consumer.
