The General manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional. No workers to work for 3rd shift. If you repeatedly call her phone she catches an attitude & gets very smart with you. Avelina does NOT care about the SAFETY of her employees!!!! She only cares about her numbers. She continually puts you down. How do you loose 4 managers and multiple employees in less than a month? This McDonald’s will get a review from me everyday until something is handled!

Went and ordered a coke light ice. Wasn't given a receipt which I'm not surprised probably hoping not to get a complaint. The drink I was handed was 2/3s full and covered with coke all over the outside. I told the guy I wanted my drink to be full and he started arguing staying that's what the drink machine made nothing he could do. So he takes my drink and adds ice and tries to hand it back. For one that's against Guilford county health code and for two I did not as for extra ice I asked for a full drink. He still continued to try and hand me that drink until a manager told me to pull up so they could fix it. Just for me to be handed a coke with extra ice.

Super long wait. I was in the drive threw. The other line was going fast, but my person was complaining to someone inside (I could hear over the speakers). It took about 20 mins to order and get food. Fast food is not fast anymore. Lol

I just ordered the cookie tote. It was completely burnt and now they are hard as a brick. I have been calling since I left and no one is answering. I would come back to drive thru but I’m in the car rider line and then I have to take my daughter to work. This is unacceptable. I’m so frustrated because I hate wasting money. I can’t believe they had me to wait 10 minutes for this.
