Can't get in to use the bathroom in the morning stores closed for inside use. Have eat outside in the car . Food is cooked proper and wait times aren't too bad

I went at lunchtime. I expected a little wait time. I only have 30 mins for lunch. Usually when I go to this particular McDonald's on West Market St, the drive thru flows smoothly. They asked me to pull around the little curve that they have. It was already 2 cars there. I only had about 12 mins to get back to work. I asked for a refund. The manager come to the window with an attitude and my food in her hand. She practically threw it at me. The next time, I will go to Wendy's or Burger King if I want a burger.

Coffee 8 cream 20 sugar, this is what I got. I went back to McDonald's and told them the next day only to feel stupid that I was at the wrong one. I went to the one on Gate City. I had forgotten I went to the other one. They would have given me another coffee. I told the manager there thank you but no thank you let them correct it. I got my coffee from Gate City like I always do and was happy. I thanked the manager and apologized for the inconvenience. I wish I would have gotten her name she was very professional and understanding.

Was in line at the drive thru., made me pull to the side for two coffees lol. But, I come here allot, they always do their best and that is fine with me. Good place to eat
