Robert and the crew at Sierra are great! We won a silent auction charity bid for DASI (Robert likes to be involved and give back to the community) for an outdoor water feature. Work included a design meeting at our property, so that we could exchange ideas and agree on a layout and plan. Robert and his team then came to install the water feature, and we are so pleased with their efforts and the final product! After the work was done, Sierra called to make sure that everything was done properly, and that we were satisfied with the job. When there was an issue of declining pump capacity, Robert came back at no charge to clean the filter and we are back in business. It is so serene and captivating (see photos below). We enjoy the water feature everyday, and would highly recommend Robert and the Sierra team if you are contemplating a landscaping project in your yard.

Robert and his fantastic team (including landscape designer Mary) produced the most most beautiful landscape design for our home, removed all of our old, overgrown landscaping, worked with me to stay within budget without compromising my vision for the project. They were communicative, extremely careful with my property (like my sprinkler system), and also arranged a sub contractor to remove a large, dying tree. Our yard now has the beautiful, park-like setting and gorgeous flowers I've always wanted. I'm essentially looking for more projects to do around here so I can have them back!

We are so lucky that we found Sierra. Our pond was suffering due to frost heave; the walls were falling in and our fish were in danger. We called Sierra, hoping that someone would be able to help us fix the pond. What we found was something much, much better. Throughout the process we were awed by Sierra's professionalism and competence. The initial meeting was sent as an Outlook invitation - certainly nothing I was expecting from a landscaping company. Every meeting and phone call was timely and handled with excellent communication. When the crew finally began work, we were able to place our full trust and confidence into them. Clearly, these folks knew what they were doing and worked well as a team. From moving boulders in our yard to hooking up the electronics, never once did I fear that we would be left with a mess or that the job would be anything less than stellar. The finished product has exceeded anything that we felt we could ever have a part in owning. The water feature is, I feel, the nicest part of our entire neighborhood, and I'm glad that we can call it ours. My husband and I have spent every evening since the installation, cold or warm, sitting by the pond, feeding the fish, and watching the wildlife. We've noticed a lot more wildlife flock towards it as well -- hawks, crows, robins, and all manner of songbirds taking baths in the upper stream; toads singing their songs at night; even the squirrels and groundhogs have ventured out to investigate and get a drink. The pond is everything we could have hoped for and more. Even more, since the installation we've been in contact with Steve and Robert to make sure that we are happy and that our pond wildlife is doing well. They have gone way above and beyond to contact their vendors, do research, etc. to find options for our unique situation. It is wonderful to know that not only was this a job, it is a relationship that will continue to build. We have truly been spoiled by Sierra, and I will recommend them to anyone who is even thinking of getting landscaping work done. What you receive is not just a product, but an experience and a relationship.
