Thankfully, I do not reside at Brookside Terrace- I do however meet with a resident here very regularly. There is black mold throughout the building, as well as an infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs. The stairwell is filled with dried vomit, used heroin needles , various bugs, and beer cans. One of the two elevators has been broken for months now. It is truly one of the most disgusting places I have ever witnessed. The conditions are inhumane and something must be done to address these serious health concerns.

This place is an absolute disgrace! People in the office NEVER answer the door. Very rude. Elevators brake time to time leaving the elderly that have wheelchairs stranded. A/C take forever to come on. With no A/C and having asthma in 70 degree weather is very difficult. The place is invested with bed bugs and cockroaches and even RATS by the dumpster! I’ve had family members visit and see dirty used syringes in the stairwell. There was a fire 3 YEARS AGO and there is still a BOARD in the window of the apartment from the fire. If I were you, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself the depression of Brookside Terrace!!!!!!!!!

They are great as long as you have subsidized housing and getting on your feet. I wouldn't pay full price to live there...
No well..not the right way i live here and they only allow 14 days a Year! Which is bs so the only way around it is to basically avoid the security guard which is here from 6pm to 1am so the choice is up to u (idc if the owners see this it used to be 60 days and there rules are BS and everyone does this) anyway goodluck with your choices hope i helped
