Justice is dead.... 100% either your woth or against big brother and you wonder why people just trust our systems

A couple of the family judges have no respect for parent's individual rights, and do not uphold the law! They justify violating people's rights based on suspicion without hard evidence, and no crime even being comitted. The family judges, and government agencies that work alongside with them, violate an individual's right to privacy by ordering parent's in non-criminal, and civil case's to hand over their medical records. The disturbing fact is this common practice of violating individual rights has occurred even when a case is not established by a government agency. Especially, if CPS of Newton, N.J. is involved. The family judges need to stop favoring government agencies in an obviously bias fashion. Respect Individual Right's, Stop Profiling Good Parent's, Start Paying attention to real evidence-based facts. It's my hope this review of Sussex County Superior Family Court in Newton N.J. will end their unlawful, and bias profiling of parent's.

When your incarcerated You basically file a "grievance" against him / her. I assume it's the same when your not incarcerated. When you do it will go to the next judge above him for review. At this point you may or not get a court date and at said court date it's when you would plead your case as to why you filed the "grievance" against the judge in the first place, to proved proof for your accusations, and to advocate for yourself. I myself, is on Drug Court did a year and read a lot of case law / court procedures and rules. Good luck.
