Hello, the rent does go up approx 3% every year. One parking space is included with the apartment. If you need addl parking space, it costs $50 per month. I have a 1 bedroom, water usually less than $25 per month & gas/electricity anywhere from $30 - $120 depending on how cold or hot it is & how much I cook.

They also have app for your phone called Building Link, which is super convenient for adding images if needed.

Yes and the added bonus, its encapsulated inside its own little community. Security cars driving around all the time. One of the draws for me was I'm able to come home late and always have safe parking space awaiting my return. The upgrade in the Security systems is another plus, not only for your entry but your guest and deliveries as well.

Been here for two years, so far i feel safe but i drive. Parking sucks since the building has no guest parking and only 1 assigned. They raise the rent every year at renewal and maintenance has his own ideas of when something is an emergency or not. My husband walks on Watsessing every morning at 4:00 -5:00am and he is still alive but he says usually is pretty good
