I couldn't love living here any more than I do! The building is immaculate and so well maintained. Jay and his team go above and beyond every time. Neighbors are great and it is close to LITERALLY everything.

if you don't rent a garage (only 10% of garages are built, and they are all taken ) parking WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE plus annoying with all the Bloomfield college students taking all the parking spots and the cops give out parking tickets like candy in Halloween. GRRR! - The apartments are amazingly well kept. Note that floors might be squeaky and you will hear your neighbors walking. In general, people are clean.
