How is the parking for tenants and guests? I read reviews that it took the minimum of 6 months to get an additional parking spot once you're on the waiting list. If that's the case what are alternate options for parking in the area? Ty

Parking is a problem for more than one car per unit. The Dollar store will tow your vehicle if you park there overnight. The Aldi's supermarket is more compromising.

I was offered an extra spot a month before my lease renewal date came around. I declined. Took advantage of the dollar store parking lot since I can see the lot from my bedroom window.

Parking is very tight so that's probably accurate but if you call they can give you a better estimate. Theres street parking nearby and your guests can park in thr parking lot for the stores if its only for a short amount of time
