Been here for two years, so far i feel safe but i drive. Parking sucks since the building has no guest parking and only 1 assigned. They raise the rent every year at renewal and maintenance has his own ideas of when something is an emergency or not. My husband walks on Watsessing every morning at 4:00 -5:00am and he is still alive but he says usually is pretty good
Not sure about crime but you definitely don't get there sense that it feels safe. Not fun when walking in the winter, sidewalks are not maintained.
Yes and the added bonus, its encapsulated inside its own little community. Security cars driving around all the time. One of the draws for me was I'm able to come home late and always have safe parking space awaiting my return. The upgrade in the Security systems is another plus, not only for your entry but your guest and deliveries as well.
I feel incredibly safe on the property. I would not walk off property at certain hours.
I'm walking home via mcarthur ave for 3 years now. People hudt want to get home so join the crowd leaving the station soon we will have more neighbors in the development under construction, so it's getting better all the time
