Had an appointment @ 10:40 am was there at 10:15 signed in. Got into the prescreen room at 10:55 and was in the room for 25 minutes before I left. I walked out at 11:20 am. I understand the office is busy but tell the patient hey we are behind 45 min to an hour would you like to wait or reschedule. No that’s to difficult. As I was leaving it took forever just for them to say it’s ok no need for payment. The level of professionalism is out the window. I’m saddened that now I have to go find a new Doctor & my lisinopril for my blood pressure has to be put on hold. All I wanted was a refill but was told I had to go in and see the doctor then I wasted my work time to go to the office wasted my gas to not be seen in a timely manner. More that 15 min is to long of a wait. Please let patients know if there is a long wait it’s called common courtesy!

Best doctor/office ever! I’ve never felt so comfortable with a doctor before! Also the staff there is incredible, I had a complication with my prescription with my pharmacy and the staff went above and beyond to help me! (Wish I could say the same about the pharmacy)
