Front desk staff are the rudest in town, they never answer the phone, be ready to spend a couple hours after your appointment time on my last appointment there I had to pay cash cause they told me they didn't take my insurance anymore and I was already in the office , $80,and I wasn't even able to see Dr.Lopez I left that place real mad. I was a long time patient don't know how I lasted that long or maybe yes I was young and didn't have too many health issues and Dr.lopez is good

Takes hours to get in and out of this place. Disneyland lines at rides move faster than this place. 8AM appointment be out of her by 11 or 12. Snails drag race faster than they move here.

Dr. Lopez is great too bad he's never available! Dr Eugene is amazing THANK YOU for your hard work. FRONT OFFICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I dislike being rude and disrespectful but I guess that's the only way with front office! Very disappointed.
