Well where do I start??? Doctor is great, however they do not run all the test you went in for. Puts me in a though spot because I cannot nor have the time to keep going back to the clinic.

I have a spinal cord injury and my doctor disappeared without warning or notice. Then I was informed they only had one doctor employed here now. I ask myself how a facility who's main income is FREE government money (medicaid) can't keep doctors in their office? I happen to value my health pretty highly and if you do too, don't waste your time here

I moved to Phoenix, and had Phoenix Family Medical Care as my primary care provider. After receiving subpar medical care and rude customer service, I decided to change primary care providers. My new primary care provider is excellent, and I'm happy I made the change. Fast forward a few months, thinking this place was in my rear view mirror, I receive a collections notice from a debt collector on behalf of Phoenix Family Medical Care. I never received any itemized bill from them prior to receiving this collection notice. Since I made the change in providers, I was quite shocked to receive this notice at all. This is just a snapshot of how they treat their patients. If you're considering Phoenix Family Medical Care as a primary provider, please be warned and choose another primary care provider. You'll be happy you did.

If I could rate this a zero I would, I’ve been in the back end of this office! Behind the scenes and it’s not good at all. There’s expired medications that the dr will use. Hippa violations, paperwork all over the place. He asks the MAs to only put table paper when there’s a procedure done, not done after every patient. He only wants one Clorox wipe to be used at the end of the day to clean the rooms. If you are getting an ear lovage think about it twice, he uses the same tool for every patient without disinfect or putting it in a autoclave. Most of the charting is done by MAs. Things to think about.
