If I could rate this lab corp 0 stars I would the nurses are freaking rude they talk to you like your slow or something and they talk loud to put your business out the way they talk to the elderly makes no sense especially when they need help checking in Just crazy I kept my cool because I was ready to cuss these nurses out they have no compassion

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment at 1:30, it is currently 2:46 and I'm still waiting to be seen. No incentive to make an appointment whatsoever. A lady had an appointment at 2:00 and was seen before me. I was forced to come to this location by my school for a drug test. If you had the option, stay away from this location at all cost. I was also told that if I used the restroom and couldn't produce urine when I got called up that I would lose my turn and would have to come back another day, even after they've made me wait for over an hour and fifteen minutes. Terrible, terrible location.

Front Desk is unbelievably RUDE, they don’t look at you, slam doors around, tell you to seat down and wait because is hoy g to be a while before they can talk to you, they take your samples like they are touching them with bare hands , make you feel embarrassed and unwelcome, I will file a complaint with Corporate today , especially the withe lady at front

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I made an appointment and sat in my car for about an hour come back to the door and it’s locked. The blonde white lady sat right at her desk and just watched me. Smh I will never return back to this location.
