i picked up a doordash from here recently. the first thing i noticed is an insanely huge pile of boxes taking up the entire corner between both enterances. the lady just stared at me with no greeting, she did the same for a customer behind me. she was also out of uniform (no headwear) and refused to give me the reciept for the order until i asked for it repeatedly. i used to be a shift leader at subway and this was so disappointing. if my store looked like that or my employees behaved like she did, they'd be lucky if they were ONLY let off with a write up.

Well, she acted like she didn't want to be at work. She never greeted me. I told her I had an online order. She tossed the sandwich bag on the counter. Told me my cookies were in the bag. Told me to grab my chips, get my soda and she walked back behind the doors without a thank you or acknowledgement. I almost wanted to grab and extra soda or bag of chips. I mean, she wasn't watching me. I was so flustered, I left without checking my sandwich. I get all the way home and realized she used chicken instead of steak. I wasn't going to go back but my husband encouraged me to do so. She looked surprised that she messed up. I showed her my order receipt on my phone and she had no choice but to remake it. I'm sure we all have bad days at work but she just acted like we were bothering her by ordering food. Never again will I order online. I want to make sure my food is being made properly.
