Ordered online, wasn't ready on time. Rude employee #999997. No greeting upon entering, told her I was there to pickup (12:15) "yeah it ain't ready yet, sorry" Puts my sandwich on the counter waves her hand, "you can get your drink and chips" walks off. No banana peppers. Asked for lite lettuce, tomato and onions, my sandwich was packed full of all three! Will not be returning, take my advice go to jimmy John's next door instead!!

The sandwiches were fine, I guess. I am pretty disappointed that they got basically every other part of my order wrong. I’ve had a rough week and just wanted to treat myself, since I had a coupon code for their app. I just wanted a vitamin water and 2 cookies (raspberry cheesecake, it’s my favorite) with my sandwich, but I got regular water (that I payed extra for?!?) and white chocolate macadamia cookies. I’m not severely allergic to nuts, but I do not like them, and will generally avoid anything that contains whole nut pieces in them, so this literally the only cookie they could have given me that I won’t even eat. I mean, if you aren’t going to give me the one I ordered, at least give me a plain chocolate chip.
