The cutest blonde boy made a sandwich that tasted like none other. The bread was fluffy as unto a tigers fur, the meat salivates in my mouth and gave my lower half a tingle, and finally the sauce. If an angel secreted some fluid that would be the sauce. All this assembled by the soft caring hands of this seemingly sexy perfect man. I’ll see him in heaven for sure.

They made a mistake with my online order by giving me someone else's sandwiches that I had to throw away when I got home. That being said, I would like to applaud Timothy for his remarkable customer service today because he was patient, he was kind, and he listened to me when I talked about what I needed and gave me the respect I needed as a customer. The request was simple: remake my sandwiches as they were ordered because I wasn't able to drive back the same day. This other girl named Isabella gave me the Nastiest Attitude of ever have faced in any customer service interaction in my life. She was busy talking to a coworker when I got there, when she finally acknowledged me, she was incredibly defensive and condescending saying that I waited too long to get them remade. (Ironically the SAME person that didn't even apologize for the mix up when I called and gave me a nasty attitude as well over the phone) She didn't even let me finish my sentences and when I told her to let me finish explaining, she flicked her hand off as if telling me to F-off and she didn't want to hear it. I guess some people don't realize when they're giving attitude and as soon as someone tries to get a word in, they decide to behave childishly and unprofessionally. I feel like she Really needs to be trained in her customer service or reprimanded because this is just unacceptable. Customers need to be listened to when a mistake is made, it wasn't my fault that they mixed up the order, so she did not need to treat me with that contempt and arrogance. That's not what customer service is 🤦🏽 The manager was professional and fixed the mistake and Timothy is a delightful employee, but because of this girl's Nasty Attitude, I will Not be back to this Subway. Hope other people are not victims to this impertinent and unrefined behavior. How sad. I gave 2 stars because in the end, they made it right, but I would give 0 because of that nasty customer service interaction.

Excellent customer service. The cashier was the manager and he was very friendly. I came in for a breakfast sandwich Thursday morning. Very clean place.
