The property is very clean and maintenance gets done fairly fast. Communication has improved a lot with the new team. I'm also seeing lots of good changes within the office and the property outside. I'm very pleased and hope that it stays like this.

I am a very happy tenant, the issue I had have been taken care of, Chet called me to see what was going, I told him, he said he will get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Chris stopped by shortly after I got off the phone with Chet and told me he just place the order for the part and it will be here within a cple of days, only other time I called maint Chris took care of it the next day because the office was closed and it wasn't an emergency... he is Awesome also !!!! Everything has gone all to hell wish to God I didn't resign my lease ... ONG it's Horrible here now !!!
