I've lived here for a couple of months. The only thing I don't like is the way you have to pay rent. Otherwise I love my apartment, nice wood floors, large bedrooms, nice bathroom. The lady in the office is always nice and cheerful. The maintenance man handles requests quickly. Granted the internet could be better, but they aren't responsible for at&t.

This was the worst apartment I've ever stayed at. None of the rules are upheld by management and the apartments are decrepit and outdated. Not to mention you can't even get internet at this location it's so difficult. The worst thing is the violence in the area. I was 10ft out my door and got assaulted for no reason at all and management didn't react at all they said they were going to but never did, full of promises they can't keep. I strongly advise you to stay away from this place pay a little extra and get one nicer.

I've been here for 4 years out of desperation. The whole time i've been here the electricity has gone out, due to old wiring. The air conditioner has broke a lot throughout the summer. When it rains, the electricity goes out. The washers and dryers are always broke and they don't refund your money. The internet is horrible. It takes forever for them to fix broken appliances in my apartment but they continue to raise the rent.
