Going on year 3, I really like the location and the golf course view from my deck. Friendly and helpful office staff. In the city but not, close to walking and bike riding paths as well as golf course and playground for children. Very happy and satisfied here!

Do not move here. The air conditioner is an outdated air chiller system which means you can't control your own air. The blowers in the units only work at one speed which isn't hard enough to cool your apartment. The temperature in my unit is currently 87 degrees at 2am! This is downstairs which is cooler than upstairs. It is 2022, this complex should have converted to central heat and air long ago...Calls and emails to the office go unanswered. I should never have renewed my lease. $1845.00 a month and no working a/c??? Don't even get me started on the roaches.

STAY AWAY!!! They give free Kate spade jewelry and other gifts in the front office when u sign a lease here but they should say “enjoy ur new Kate spade necklace , and hot apartment that might flood occasionally” !!!!! My dad lived here when I was in the 6th grade and I am now 25 with a first grader of my own. I decided to move in and it was the worse decision of my life. I hate these apartments, for one I never should’ve moved in cause it looks exactly the same as when my dad lived here just w no carpet, new paint, and light fixtures. And it has tripled in price. When I moved in rent was 1400 and they informed me I would be paying extra for utilities turned out to be almost 300-400 extra in fees so don’t be fooled. And we basically pay for air that never works and for our apartments to be flooded . The ac and flooding has been a constant issue now and years before now so u would think they would take more time and initiative in making sure this is fixed and not happening to their tenants but they really don’t care. I’ve been asking since April 6 for my ac to be fixed and today the office staff stated the maintenance man was on the way since 845 am and he still has not showed up and now the office is ignoring my emails. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! These apartments just need to be torn down by some rich developer moving into the city or something so they can build up new apartments that actually reflect the prices that they are charging and get better office staff they suck! I’ve seen tenants put used pampers on the door/porch before when I just moved in and as time passed I can definitely see why!!! No one has came since April 6 to fix my air, the messages from today may 10 reflect what I was told and no one has still been to my apartment. I have way more proof of flooding and more pictures of our conversation and things I could say!! Just stay away from these apartments! My apartments have been continuously leaking and they are doing nothing to permanently fix it. I have to turn off my ac in this heat for it to work
