Cannot stress enough to people apartment searching to NOT live at MAA Worthington. I have lived here for three months now and have been living with noticeable mold growing on the walls. Their idea of fixing mold is to just paint over it for it inevitably to grow back in a few weeks. Behind the fridge is also starting to smell horribly despite consistent cleaning. I initially notified the leasing office of the mold on July 2nd - it is now September 21st and the problem has not been fully remedied. It is also starting to cause health problems for my roommate and myself. On top of the mold issue, I have not gotten one nights sleep without being woken up between the hours of 4-5am by the trash truck picking up trash from Foxtrot. Be prepared to wake up to what sounds like a car crash in the hours of the early morning EVERY DAY. The parking situation is absolutely grotesque and the parking spots are made to fit nothing bigger than a mini cooper. Be prepared for scratches up and down your car as the residents do not care and will squeeze into any spot. As if things could not get worse, the elevators are constantly going out which makes using them incredibly unsettling, that is when you can even use them at all. Lastly, the hallways always smell incredibly strongly of paint and what smells like nail polish removal. Try to see past the new updates and paint as this apartment is truly the definition of putting lipstick on a pig.

All in all a nice hotel-style-apartment-building. However, when we move in the dishwasher wasn't working. Sink dripping water when using, AC not working. Laundry door half falling off. AC and sink were repaired quite quickly but there is a part missing for the dishwasher and after 10 days it is still not working. Also 3 days after moving in a thunderstorm hit the building. Water got into both bedrooms and the living room via the windows/patio door. People came to apply extra sealing to the windows but we will just now if it works, once the next storm occurs. So far nice here but also not too high quality... Many things seem to be a "quick fix". Location is good. Gym all right, could be updated, though!

Great spot in the heart of Uptown Dallas, walking distance from the entire neighborhood. The other residents seem friendly. The pool/other amenities seem well maintained and high quality. The people at leasing office, especially Chuck and Matthew, have been very helpful. The main drawbacks are what you would get at other Uptown apartments such as certain units getting loud at night. Overall, I would recommend moving here.

After only living here for a few weeks, there is mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. There has been a maintenance request sent two days ago and no one has come to help. The mold also happens to be black, scaring us even more. I would not advise living here if your health is a priority.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
We offer different types of housing, from studio apartments and garden apartments, to mid-rise buildings and everything in between. Whether you’re looking for a city setting or a more suburban feel, MAA has lots of options for your choosing.
