Moved out May and they still have not returned my Deposit yet, they won't answer my call are anything I called there main office Sunridge Apartment and left over 50 messages. They claim they lost all there paper work because someone broke into their office, going to file a small claims against them. They trying to keep my Deposit. Think twice before moving there and keep ALL Rental Lease and all Receipts. So glad I did...And Document Everything.

I just want to know who’s the head manager it’s been 7 business days since I turned in my application Daye has been very nice and has been trying to send my application over to her boss and she just hasn’t been getting back in touch with her. Due to the rain the place where I was recently staying was flooded I was praying and hoping me and my kids would be in our apartment soon but everytime I call it’s the same thing I wouldn’t say the apartments are bad but the head manager seems like she’s never available to do her job.

Sign on door as well as online says open til 5pm on Saturday. I went all the way up there to see what was available and receive a tour because no one answered the phone all day. I finally arrived and the office was closed !!! Very unprofessional and bad for business.
