Parts & service here is actual garbage, and that seems to be the experience all around. You have to call multiple times to get someone to answer, even if it's hours away from them closing. I've called multiple times a day and get forwarded to voice-mail, but I'm proper and think "maybe they're actually busy or on break, I'll call back later :)" and then you just get the same later. Try another day, same thing. Days later I learned you just have to be annoying and repeatedly call for them to answer. Sometimes you call and get forwarded to voice-mail, then when you call back they just pick up the receiver and click it back down. Why is it a hassle just to schedule an appointment, for a service that takes 2+ hours and they do a tire rotation. It's a joke

Right off the bat, we were greeted as soon as we got out the car by Mr. Matthew, he told us to have look around. I knew what I wanted as soon as we got out the car. Mr. Matthew explained everything in detail and wanted us to know we were leaving with a good deal. He even walked us over to their financing building, he checked in with us while we waited. Mr. Sean was very helpful and we were approved right away. Overall was great experience and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again!!

I placed an order for a 2022 Tacoma and waited for roughly 3 months for the shipment to arrive. Carolina Schluter was a fantastic salesperson and helped us purchase our first new car. In on my 2nd 1st on I had 190,000 on and no issues I now have 32000 on my 2016 and the same no issues. I do all my own maintenance so I have never had to go to the dealership for anything
