Sandy Guest, a middle aged (40-50), white lady, long blonde hair is a disgusting, vile, racist, hostile "supervisor" at this MVA. She dismissed me and refused to help me almost immediately after I walked up to her booth, and claimed I did not have the appropriate documentation (I did have the correct documentation, which was confirmed by multiple other people at the MVA). She threatened to call the cops on me and said they were going to escort me out. I was nothing but nice and calm to her. Sandy, is supposedly a supervisor at the MVA. If you have to deal with her, I would run the other way and get a manager.

Absolutely terrible. The lady at the desk was SO distracted and she lost my ss card and then tried to claim she gave it back when she didn’t; (the manager got involved and found it). In the law room for the learners test, the door was completely open and people would walk in and talk to the testing advisor. The service was so bad i was in tears.

The service is trash. I made appointment but waited for another 40 mins. If that's not bad the lady at the counter is as rude as animal. People paid the tax to let you serve us not to yell at us. Even her colleagues said be polite to your customers. There gotta be a way to report to their manager.
