It's ok, it's supposed to be 55 and older community, but we have quite a few residents allowing family members with kids to live here.

Not sure about the number of lots. The Cay seems to be on many acres running along Lawrence Road (runs north and south. It's bordered by Hypoluxo and Lantana Roads. There is mix of 70's to brand new homes. A beautiful recreational center and many friendly residents.
